A little about me – My name is Mike Moore. I have been an independent software consultant for the last 10 years. I have been working with Microsoft Access since the Office 97 version. Access is a very powerful and very flexible database application which comes bundled as part of the Microsoft Office Professional suite. Access will support everything from very simple database with just a few tables, forms or reports to very complex, advanced databases with customized forms, custom menu structures, interactive reports and visual basic coding. I enjoy working with Access because it provides such a wide variety of uses from very novice simple data structures to fairly complex, relation, highly programmed user interfaces. I also enjoy working with Access because I am constantly learning new and different ways to accomplish as goal. As with any Microsoft application, there is more than one way to complete the same task. I like to see how other people complete a task with a totally different approach.
Based in the Daytona Beach area, I am an expert in Access database design and development. I can design a database for you from the ground up or I can help you maintain or enhance an Access database that you already have in use for your business. I can also help you take your existing database and automate routine tasks to make your life easier and let your computer do more of the work for you. Many types of repetitive tasks can be automated, at least to some degree, to make the process easier and remove the repeated mouse clicks or keystrokes to complete your task.
